The Sidereal Enchiridion

The Sidereal Enchiridion is a small personal project compiling the most frequently performed rituals The Dragon Book of Essex, adapted and edited for the fixed stars and my own deviations, as well as a small selection of extratextual prayers and meditations. I grew tired of lugging around The Dragon Book of Essex around on my back (my ritual tools are heavy enough without an 800 page book thanks), endlessly misplacing printouts, and wondering which of these 20 is my most recent revision of the Oracle Rite. My fixed star notes were spread over god knows how many text documents and post it notes, turning my transvocations into a clumsy mess. Something had to be done so I formatted my notes into a nicely sized pocket book and sent it off to a self publisher to get bound. Now all my regular rituals and prayers are in one place, written precisely how I prefer to perform them and ready to throw into a backpack at a moment’s notice. Convenient, inexpensive, and aesthetically pleasing with no need to worry about getting it messy!
